Abstract

Objective: Study costs, revenue and SWOT, agriculture groups using part of Oil palm tree for productions in Nakhon si Thammarat Province. Using Snowball Sampling collected 62 cases were categorized beef cattle 23 cases boat meat 14 cases and mushroom production 25 cases from 3 District. It was found out that using as beef cattle feeds had average producing cost of 23,882.05 Thai baht, a revenue average of 32,126.98 baht, a return average of 8, 479, 93 baht, and an added value of 635.45 baht per cow per batch. As for the use as goat meat, it had average producing cost of 3,575.57 baht, a revenue average of 3,598.00 baht, a return average of 22.43 baht, and an added value of 382.98 baht per goat per batch. And for the mushroom productions, they had an average producing cost of 12.636.00 baht, a revenue average of 32,730.00 baht, a return average of 20,094.00 baht, and an added value of 2,614.23 baht per each batch. For the SWOT analysis, it was shown that all 3 agricultural groups should focus on group management, and create cooperation with academic departments to improve production techniques.
