การศึกษานี้ผู้วิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินมูลค่าความเต็มใจที่จะจ่ายค่าบริการเช่าพื้นที่จอดรถยนต์ บริเวณถนนสุขุมวิท 93 กรุงเทพมหานคร ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้ที่อยู่อาศัยบริเวณถนนสุขุมวิท 93 กรุงเทพมหานคร มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวเป็นพาหนะในการเดินทาง และเป็นผู้ที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากผู้ที่จอดรถริมถนน ใช้สูตรของ Yamane ในการคำนวณหากลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 400 ตัวอย่าง การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลใช้แบบสอบถามและเครื่องมือทางเศรษฐศาสตร์ที่เรียกว่า การสมมติเหตุการณ์เพื่อประเมินมูลค่า (Contingent Valuation Method: CVM) โดยใช้การถามแบบต่อรองหลายครั้ง (Iterative Bid Game) ซึ่งผลการวิเคราะห์มูลค่าความเต็มใจที่จะจ่าย (Willingness to Pay) ค่าบริการเช่าพื้นที่จอดรถยนต์บริเวณถนนสุขุมวิท 93 กรุงเทพมหานคร พบว่ามูลค่าความเต็มใจที่จะจ่ายค่าบริการเช่าพื้นที่จอดรถยนต์ของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง มีมูลค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 979 บาทต่อเดือน ผลการศึกษาที่ได้ในครั้งนี้สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางกำหนดอัตราค่าบริการที่สมเหตุสมผล เพื่อให้ผู้บริโภคมีความพึงพอใจที่จะจ่าย
