การจัดการความขัดแย้ง กรณีนิคมอุตสาหกรรมจะนะ: เสียงจากคนพื้นที่

นิคมอุตสาหกรรมจะนะเป็นอีกหนึ่งโครงการพัฒนาที่เกิดจากการริเริ่มของหน่วยงานภาครัฐ แต่กลับไม่ได้รับการยอมรับจากคนในพื้นที่ ซึ่งหนทางหนึ่งที่จะทำให้โครงการดังกล่าวดำเนินต่อไปได้ คือ การจัดการความขัดแย้งที่เกิดขึ้น งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการจัดการความขัดแย้ง กรณีนิคมอุตสาหกรรมจะนะ และ 2) ศึกษาสาเหตุความขัดแย้งที่ส่งผลต่อการจัดการความขัดแย้ง กรณีนิคมอุตสาหกรรมจะนะ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในอำเภอจะนะ จังหวัดสงขลา จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การจัดการความขัดแย้ง กรณีนิคมอุตสาหกรรม จะนะ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) สาเหตุความขัดแย้งที่ส่งผลต่อการจัดการความขัดแย้ง กรณีนิคมอุตสาหกรรมจะนะ มี 4 สาเหตุ เรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ ความขัดแย้งด้านค่านิยม ความขัดแย้งด้านความสัมพันธ์ ความขัดแย้งด้านโครงสร้าง และความขัดแย้งด้านข้อมูลข่าวสาร ทั้ง 4 สาเหตุของความขัดแย้งส่งผลในทิศทางเดียวกันกับการจัดการความขัดแย้ง กรณีนิคมอุตสาหกรรมจะนะ ทั้งนี้สาเหตุของความขัดแย้งทั้งหมดสามารถอธิบายการเปลี่ยนแปลงของการจัดการความขัดแย้ง กรณีนิคมอุตสาหกรรมจะนะ ได้ร้อยละ 43.1
