การศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทักษะของนักบัญชีในยุคดิจิทัลและความสำเร็จในการปฏิบัติงานของนักบัญชีธุรกิจโรงแรม จังหวัดสงขลา

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) ศึกษาทักษะของนักบัญชีในยุคดิจิทัล และความสำเร็จในการปฏิบัติงาน 2) วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ทักษะนักบัญชีในยุคดิจิทัลต่อความสำเร็จในการปฏิบัติงาน ของนักบัญชีธุรกิจโรงแรม จังหวัดสงขลา งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือนักบัญชีในธุรกิจโรงแรมจังหวัดสงขลา ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย จำนวน 157 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ด้วยสถิติ Pearson Correlation
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ทักษะของนักบัญชีในยุคดิจิทัล ได้แก่ ความรู้ทางบัญชี ความสามารถในการสื่อสาร การใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ความหลากหลายทางภาษา ทัศนคติ และการคิดวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา อยู่ในระดับมาก เช่นเดียวกับความสำเร็จในการปฏิบัติงาน ประกอบด้วย ด้านกระบวนการปฎิบัติงาน คุณภาพของผลงาน การเป็นที่ยอมรับ และความรวดเร็วในการทำงาน ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับมากเช่นกัน โดยทักษะดังกล่าวมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับปานกลางกับความสำเร็จในการปฏิบัติงานของนักบัญชีธุรกิจโรงแรมในจังหวัดสงขลาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ทั้งนี้ ผลวิจัยสามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางพัฒนาทักษะด้านเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล การสื่อสาร และความรู้ทางบัญชี เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพบุคลากรผ่านการอบรม
