การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาคุณลักษณะในความต้องการบุคลากรด้านดนตรีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและ
ผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจดนตรีในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนกลาง ประชากรเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจดนตรีในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนกลาง โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 251 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 88.07 จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น 285 คน และผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจดนตรี จำนวน 4 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน โดยคัดเลือกข้อคำถามที่มีค่าความเที่ยงตรง มากกว่า 0.5 และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยวิธีสรุปผลเป็นรายข้อ (Content Analysis) จำแนกตามหัวข้อที่ตอบแบบสอบถาม ผลการวิจัย มีดังนี้ คุณลักษณะในความต้องการบุคลากรด้านดนตรีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจดนตรีในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนกลาง ในด้านวิชาการ ด้านบุคลิกภาพ ด้านวิชาชีพ และด้านความรู้ความสามารถทางดนตรี ในภาพรวมทั้ง 4 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยคุณลักษณะด้านบุคลิกภาพ มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด ( = 4.81) อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือคุณลักษณะด้านวิชาชีพ ( = 4.74) อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือคุณลักษณะด้านวิชาการ ( = 4.29) อยู่ในระดับมาก และคุณลักษณะด้านความรู้ความสามารถทางดนตรี มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด ( =3.98) อยู่ในระดับมาก ในส่วนของผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจดนตรี ต้องการนักดนตรีที่มีทักษะทางดนตรีในระดับสูง เป็นผู้ที่มีบุคลิกภาพดี มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ต้องการนักร้องเพศหญิงมากกว่าเพศชาย ต้องการนักดนตรีประเภทกีต้าร์ กลองชุด คีย์บอร์ด เครื่องเป่า เบส เครื่องดนตรีพื้นบ้าน ตามลำดับ อายุเฉลี่ยนักดนตรีอยู่ที่ 18-41 ปี คำสำคัญ : ความต้องการ, คุณลักษณะ, บุคลากรด้านดนตรี

ABSTRACT

The current study aimed to investigate desired characteristics of music personnel for educational administrators and Music entrepreneurs in central northeastern of Thailand. The population was educational administrators and music business employers in the area. The participants were 251 educational administrators which was 88.07 % of the population and 4 business entrepreneurs. The research instrument was a questionnaire designed in the 5 Likert scale format. The statistics used in the data analysis were mean score and standard deviation. The data were analyzed by the content analysis approach for each item of the
questionnaire. The result of the study showed that the desired characteristics of music personnel for educational administrators and music entrepreneurs in central northeastern Thailand were 4 aspects including academic, characteristic, profession, and music knowledge. The four aspects were found at 4.45 expecting level which could be transcribed as the high level. Separately, it was found that the characteristic aspect was found at the highest level of ( = 4.81, S.D. = .420) , profession aspect was found at ( = 4.74, S.D. = .458), academic aspect was found at ( = 4.29, S.D. = .767) , and music knowledge aspect was found at ( =3.98, S.D. = 1.000) respectively. Moreover, the entrepreneurs preferred the personnel having music knowledge, personality, and working responsibility. In detail, female singers were in need, and guitarists, drummer, keyboard players, brass players, bassists, local instrument musicians were also demanded respectively.
