The required data were collected using the questionnaire and data analysis was performed using computer programs. Statistics used for hypothesis testing included Structural Equation Model: SEM by LISREL. Pearson correlation and path analysis were used for analysis of correlations between factors affecting the effectiveness of prevention and controlling of dengue haemorrhagic fever of village health volunteerleader, using a level of statistical significant at .05. In the second stage, the researcher constructed the development model the effectiveness of prevention and controlling of dengue haemorrhagic fever of village health volunteerleaderinYasothonProvince by using the study result from the first stage. Twenty involved people were participated in the workshop to co-operatively criticized and evaluated the effectiveness of the formulated model by using focus groups, brain storming and presentation to achieve the conclusions and recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the developed model.
