บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการบริหารงานเชิงคุณภาพรัฐวิสาหกิจของบริษัท อสมท จำกัด (มหาชน) 2) เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนของบริษัท อสมท จำกัด (มหาชน) 3)เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารงานเชิงคุณภาพรัฐวิสาหกิจกับการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนของบริษัท อสมท จำกัด (มหาชน) 4) เพื่อแสวงหาตัวแบบความสัมพันธ์ของการบริหารงานรัฐวิสาหกิจกับความยั่งยืนของบริษัท อสมท จำกัด (มหาชน)
พื้นที่ศึกษาคือ บริษัท อสมท จำกัด (มหาชน) โดยการทอดแบบสอบถาม คณะกรรมการ คณะผู้บริหาร และเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานในสายงานต่าง ๆ ของ บริษัท อสมท จำกัด (มหาชน) จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 1,454 คน นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์สรุป และอภิปรายผล โดยวิธีการเชิงปริมาณด้วยสถิติ Canonical Correlation และ Path Analysis ตามตัวแบบสมมติฐาน สำหรับการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพจากการสัมภาษณ์ด้วยคำถามเชิงลึก เอกสารราชการ และการสังเกตการณ์มาสนับสนุนข้อค้นพบของการศึกษา
ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ Canonical พบว่าความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารงานเชิงคุณภาพ กับความยั่งยืนของบริษัท อสมท จำกัด (มหาชน มีความสัมพันธ์ในระดับสูง โดยเฉพาะการบริหารงานเชิงคุณภาพในเรื่องการมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความยั่งยืนด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของบุคคลากรในบริษัท อสมท จำกัด (มหาชน) โดยมีความสัมพันธ์ซึ่งกันและกัน
จากผลการศึกษานำไปสู่การสร้างตัวแบบความสัมพันธ์ของการบริหารงานเชิงคุณภาพกับความยั่งยืนของบริษัท อสมท จำกัด (มหาชน) โดยการบริหารงานเชิงคุณภาพโดยมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความยั่งยืนด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของบุคคลากรในบริษัท อสมท จำกัด (มหาชน) เกิดขึ้นได้จากการบริหารงานที่มุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์ด้านการเงินและตลาดบุคลากรและด้านการนำองค์กรรัฐวิสาหกิจโดยเฉพาะการบริหารงานที่มุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์ด้านการนำองค์กรรัฐวิสาหกิจที่มีความสัมพันธ์ซึ่งกันและกันกับความยั่งยืนด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตด้านบุคลากร การศึกษาและเศรษฐกิจได้เป็นอย่างดี ตลอดจนความยั่งยืนด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของบุคคลากรให้มีคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม มีความสัมพันธ์ซึ่งกันและกันกับความยั่งยืนขององค์การมากที่สุด สามารถบรรลุมาตรฐานการบริหารงานเชิงคุณภาพรัฐวิสาหกิจและความยั่งยืนของบริษัท อสมท จำกัด (มหาชน) ต่อไป

Abstract
The purposes of this study are: 1) to study the quality level of quality management of MCOT Public Company Limited; 2) to study sustainable development of MCOT Public Company Limited; 3) to study relationship between the quality management of state enterprise and sustainable development of MCOT Public Company Limited; and 4) to pursuit leader of relationship either quality management of state enterprise and sustainable of MCOT Public Company Limited.
The area of study is MCOT Public Company Limited by using questionnaire to committee, manager, and officer in different department of MCOT Public Company Limited. The total is 1,454 respondents. Then, bring the data to analyze, conclude, and discuss by quantitative statistics method (Canonical Correlation and Path Analysis) as hypothesis. The quality research from deep question of interview, public document, and observation to support study discover.
The result of hypothesis testing by finding coefficient related Canonical. The relationship between the quality management and sustainable of MCOT Public Company Limited is high especially the quality management about the aim of achievement which is related sustainable in term of development quality of staff’s lives in MCOT Public Company Limited by exist relationship.
From the result of study, it builds the leader of the relationship of quality management and sustainable of MCOT Public Company Limited. The quality management is focusing on achievement on exist relationship and sustainable in term of development quality of staff’s lives in MCOT Public Company Limited. It occurred from management which focused on outcomes of financial, marketing outcomes, staff, and leadership outcomes. Especially, management focused the results of leadership outcomes which related with sustainable of quality of staff’s lives, education, and economy as well. Likewise, developing the quality of lives sustainability creates ethic and justice, relationship, and organization sustainability. It can be reach standard of the leadership quality management and sustainable of MCOT Public Company Limited further.
