Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

                      การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์  1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของวิทยาลัยในเครือเอ็น-เทคอินเตอร์เนชั่นแนลเทคโนโลยีหนองคายกรุ๊ป จำกัด  2)  เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการพัฒนาวิทยาลัยในเครือเอ็น-เทค อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนลเทคโนโลยีหนองคายกรุ๊ป จำกัด ให้เป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ และ  3)  เพื่อหาประสิทธิผลการพัฒนาวิทยาลัยในเครือเอ็น-เทค อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนลเทคโนโลยีหนองคายกรุ๊ป จำกัด ให้เป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ การวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลความเป็นองค์การ แห่งการเรียนรู้ ประชากร ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครู-อาจารย์ จำนวน 98 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ Multiple Linear Regression  ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ระยะที่ 2 สร้างรูปแบบการพัฒนาวิทยาลัยในเครือเอ็น-เทคอินเตอร์เนชั่นแนลเทคโนโลยีหนองคายกรุ๊ป จำกัด โดยการให้นักวิชาการ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง จำนวน 30 คน ร่วมกันวิพากษ์ให้ข้อเสนอแนะและปรับปรุงรูปแบบการพัฒนา  ระยะที่สาม เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทดลอง ทดสอบก่อนและหลังการทดลองการใช้รูปแบบการพัฒนาเป็นระยะเวลา 2 ปี สถิติที่ใช้ คือ t-test (Dependent)

                 ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

                  การวิจัยระยะที่ 1 ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้  ผลการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณของตัวแปรพยากรณ์ พบว่า ตัวแปรที่สามารถพยากรณ์ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลการเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของวิทยาลัย  อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ มีจำนวน 3 ตัวแปร เรียงลำดับอำนาจการพยากรณ์จากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ปัจจัยด้านบรรยากาศและวัฒนธรรมองค์การ   ปัจจัยด้านเป้าหมายและข้อมูลย้อนกลับในการปฏิบัติงาน   และปัจจัยด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร    โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ของตัวพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ (b) เท่ากับ .326,  .270 และ .231 ตามลำดับ ส่วนตัวพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน (b) เท่ากับ .124,  .108  และ .095 ตามลำดับ และมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณ (R) เท่ากับ .739  มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การพยากรณ์ (R²) เท่ากับ .546  และมีอำนาจในการพยากรณ์ได้ ร้อยละ 54.6  มีค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐาน  (SE_est) เท่ากับ .372 และมีค่าคงที่ของสมการในรูปคะแนนดิบ (a)  เท่ากับ  .611

           การวิจัยระยะที่ 2 สร้างรูปแบบการพัฒนาวิทยาลัยในเครือเอ็น-เทค อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนลเทคโนโลยีหนองคายกรุ๊ป จำกัดให้เป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้  โดยการจัดทำกิจกรรมและโครงการเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาบุคลากร การพัฒนาบรรยากาศและวัฒนธรรมองค์การ เป้าหมายและข้อมูลย้อนกลับในการปฏิบัติงาน เป็นแนวปฏิบัติที่สำคัญ

           การวิจัยระยะที่ 3  ผลการประเมินผลการใช้รูปแบบการพัฒนาวิทยาลัยในเครือเอ็น-เทค อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนลเทคโนโลยีหนองคายกรุ๊ป จำกัด ให้เป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ โดยใช้เครื่องมือทดสอบก่อนทดลองและหลังทดลอง พบว่า  ด้านลักษณะที่เป็นกระบวนการและด้านลักษณะที่เป็นผลผลิต  หลังการพัฒนาดีขึ้นกว่าก่อนการพัฒนาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Abstract

              The objective of this thesis were to : 1) study the factors affecting the organization of learning in International Technology Nongkhai Group Collage Limited   2) to develop a model for development in  International Technology Nongkhai Group Collage Limited, is a learning organization  and 3)  to find effective development in International Technology Nongkhai Group Collage Limited, is a learning organization .  The research is divided into three phases: Phase 1 study of factors affecting the organization of the learning population, including administrators, teachers - teacher, 98 were used  in this study was a questionnaire scales with level 5 stats. used in this study consisted Multiple Linear Regression, percentage, mean and standard deviation.
