Abstract

 

The objectives of this research were 1) to study professional learning community of teachers 2) to study the academic administration 3) to examine the relationship between professional learning community of teachers and the academic administration in Rajanagarindra School Cluster under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office II. The sample of this study consisted of 226 people. The research instrument were the questionnaires with 1-5 Likert’s and the structured interview. The statistics used for the data analyses were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient. The result of the research showed that 1) the professional learning community of teachers in Rajanagarindra School Cluster under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office II was performed at the high level. When considered in each aspect, it was found that the knowledge sharing and development were performed at the highest level. The shared values and vision were performed at the lowest level. 2) the academic administration in Rajanagarindra School Cluster under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office II was generally performed at the high level. When considered in each aspect, it was found that the evaluation and the credit transfer were performed at the highest level. The cooperation in the development of educational institutions and other organizations was performed at the lowest level. 3) the relationship between the professional learning community of teachers and the academic administration in Rajanagarindra School Cluster under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office II over all were at the high level at the statistically significant level of 0.01.
