การจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะแห่งอนาคตใหม่ในศตวรรษที่ 21

ทักษะแห่งอนาคตใหม่ในศตวรรษที่ 21 เป็นทักษะที่จำเป็นต่อการดำรงชีวิตในฐานะการเป็นพลเมืองของโลก มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาผู้เรียนไปสู่การเป็นบุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้ผู้เรียนที่มีการเติบโตทางความคิดจะมีคุณลักษณะกระตือรือร้นและแสวงหาสิ่งใหม่ที่ดีกว่าเดิมอย่างต่อเนื่อง ผู้สอนต้องมีความคิดความเชื่อที่มีต่อผู้เรียนในทิศทางที่ถูกต้อง 4 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) เชื่อว่าผู้เรียนทุกคนมีคุณค่าและควรได้รับการยกย่อง 2) ผู้เรียนทุกคนสามารถเรียนรู้ได้ด้วยกระบวนการเรียนรู้ที่มีความแตกต่างกัน 3) ผู้เรียนทุกคนสามารถเรียนรู้ประสบความสำเร็จได้ และ 4) ผู้เรียนทุกคนมีศักยภาพในการพัฒนาตนเองไปสู่ความสำเร็จ ทุกศตวรรษจะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง มีสิ่งใหม่ ๆ เกิดขึ้นอยู่เสมอ การรับมือที่ดีที่สุดสำหรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงคือการปรับตัวให้ทันและไม่เกิดผลกระทบกับตนเองหรือเกิดผลกระทบน้อยที่สุด ในศตวรรษที่ 21 นี้ จะนำทุกคนไปสู่งสังคมแบบใหม่คือ “สังคมความรู้” ทุกคนจะได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารต่าง ๆ ในชีวิตประจำวันจากการเล่นโทรศัพท์มือถือ จากการพูดคุยกับบุคคลในแอปพลิเคชันสนทนา และจากแหล่งต่าง ๆ ในบทความนี้จะนำเสนอทักษะจำเป็นของการทำงานในศตวรรษที่ 21 ได้แก่ ทักษะการเรียนรู้ ทักษะการอ่านออกเขียนได้ และทักษะชีวิต นอกจากจะใช้ในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานแล้ว ยังเป็นพื้นฐานในการดำรงชีวิตเพื่อไม่ให้การเปลี่ยนแปลงเกิดผลกระทบกับตัวเราหรือเกิดผลกระทบน้อยที่สุด
