Needs Assessment of Developing Academic Management of the Secondary School Cluster Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1 Based on the Concept of Social Justice Leader
ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 1 กลุ่มโรงเรียนที่ 2 ตามแนวคิดผู้นำสังคมคุณธรรม

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 1 กลุ่มโรงเรียนที่ 2 ตามแนวคิดผู้นำสังคมคุณธรรม การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 1 กลุ่มโรงเรียนที่ 2 จำนวน 14 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา รองผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 224 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 1 กลุ่มโรงเรียนที่ 2 ตามแนวคิดผู้นำสังคมคุณธรรม ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.992 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็น (PNImodified)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 1 กลุ่มโรงเรียนที่ 2 ตามแนวคิดผู้นำสังคมคุณธรรม ในภาพรวมคือ 0.399 (PNImodified = 0.399) เมื่อวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้มีความต้องการจำเป็นสูงที่สุด (PNImodified = 0.401) ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร (PNImodified = 0.399) มีความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุดเป็นลำดับที่สอง และด้านการประเมินผลมีค่าความต้องการจำเป็นน้อยที่สุด (PNImodified = 0.397) เมื่อพิจารณาตามผู้นำสังคมคุณธรรม รายข้อย่อยที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุดเหมือนกันทั้ง 3 ด้านในการบริหารวิชาการคือ การมีความกล้าหาญทางจริยธรรม
