Abstract
This research aims to study hotel operating system developed by creative innovation to promote health tourism in the future, unit of analysis is in the western region of Thailand. Data was collected by documentary research and future research techniques (Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research; EDFR) by interviewed 17 key informants about the prospects of the development of hotel operation system. And using Cohen’s Kappa technique for summary report to develop the hotel operating system with creative innovation to promote health tourism in the future. The research found that the development of hotel operating system by creative innovation to promote health tourism in the future, Consists of 4 main components, and 19 secondary elements.
