บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพร้อมของผู้ประกอบการโฮสเทล ในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดภูเก็ต ในการรองรับนักท่องเที่ยวกลุ่ม Solo Travel ใช้แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรฐานประมาณค่า มี 5 ระดับ เรียงจากน้อยไปหามาก เป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัยมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .77 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักท่องเที่ยวกลุ่ม Solo Travel ที่ใช้บริการโฮสเทลในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดภูเก็ต จำนวน 400 ตัวอย่าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน พบว่า ระดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยความพร้อมโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีระดับความพร้อมด้านห้องพักและห้องน้ำมากกว่าด้านอื่น รองลงมา คือ ด้านทักษะบุคลากร ด้านสถานที่ และด้านความปลอดภัย ตามลำดับ
