The Satisfaction of Supervisors in the Characteristics of Trainee Students of Kitchen and Culinary Arts Program of Dusit Thani College, Pattaya

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study the satisfaction of supervisors in the characteristics of trainee students in kitchen management and culinary arts program of Dusit Thani College Pattaya.This research was mix-method so-called Embedded-Correlational Design. The data was collected by multi-stage random sampling methods by 63 supervisors and 5 in-depth interviews. The instruments were a questionnaire and an in-depth interview that consisted of content validity test and reliability test by Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the questionnaire which was .93 and included Investigator triangulation check. The results showed that the age and hotel star ratings of supervisors affect the satisfaction in the characteristics of trainee students with significance. Overall, the characteristics of the trainee students were at a good level, especially in human relations and discipline, and trainee students should develop professional skills and job responsibilities.
