Abstract

This article aims to develop organizational values that can serve as practical guidelines for creative employees in an event management company, focusing on fostering an organizational culture that supports sustainable development and innovation. The research objectives are: 1) to study the work practices of creative employees in an event management company, 2) to examine employees' perspectives on the attributes of creative employees that influence work performance, and 3) to establish guidelines for enhancing work performance and incorporating them into organizational values to promote a culture of sustainable development and innovation. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach, collecting data from 20 creative employees of an event management company through questionnaires.
The study investigated factors influencing employees’ performance, including gender, age, education, and work experience.

The results indicate that the key qualities that enhance the performance of creative employees include Innovative (creativity), Neat (organized work), Dynamic (flexibility), Explorer (exploration and discovery of new ideas), and Experience of Customer (delivering a good customer experience). These factors were developed into the "INDEX" model to strengthen the corporate culture in alignment with the organization's innovation and performance goals. Implementing the INDEX model within the organization will help improve work performance and establish a strong and sustainable corporate culture. Additionally, this model can be connected to the tourism industry, particularly in organizing tourism-related events. By applying concepts that focus on creativity and customer experience, it can enhance the value and appeal of various activities, which in turn will contribute to the sustainable growth of the tourism industry.
