การจัดการความเสี่ยงของธุรกิจตรวจสอบระบบไฟฟ้าในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดการความเสี่ยงของธุรกิจตรวจสอบระบบไฟฟ้าในประเทศไทย และ 2) เปรียบเทียบการจัดการความเสี่ยงจำแนกตามตำแหน่งในองค์กรและประสบการณ์ทำงาน
การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามจากผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจตรวจสอบระบบไฟฟ้าประเภทนิติบุคคลจำนวน 152 คน ด้วยวิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย สถิติที่ใช้คือค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าระดับความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดการความเสี่ยงโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนการเปรียบเทียบพบว่าตำแหน่งในองค์กรมีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ในด้านกลยุทธ์และด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม สังคม และธรรมาภิบาล และมีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ในด้านการเงินและงบประมาณส่วนประสบการณ์ทำงานมีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ในทุกด้าน ผู้ประกอบการตรวจสอบระบบไฟฟ้าควรสนับสนุนผู้จัดการโครงการมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนกลยุทธ์เชิงรุก และจัดตั้งระบบพี่เลี้ยงด้านความเสี่ยงให้แก่บุคลากร
