Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • The submitted manuscript is not plagiarism and has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format. Please download template: Download template for research article or template for review article.
  • Please follow the instruction as shown in Instructon for author.
  • List of items to be checked before submission of the paper. See the list.
  • After the manuscript is accepted for publication in the system, no additional authors will be permitted.

Author Guidelines

 

Guidelines for Academic Article Preparation

1. Document Format

  • Margins

    • Top: 1.25 inches

    • Bottom: 0.75 inches

    • Left: 1.25 inches

    • Right: 0.75 inches

    • Header: 0.63 inches

  • Headings

    • Main headings: Bold, left-aligned, without numbering

    • Subheadings: Indented 0.3 inches, without numbering

2. Length and Font Style

  • Length: 8–12 pages (including references)

  • Paper size: A4

  • Font: TH Niramit AS

2.1 Preliminary Section

  • Article Title: Provided in both Thai and English, 18-point, bold, centered.

  • Author(s): Names of all authors in both Thai and English, 15-point, bold, right-aligned.

  • Affiliation: Educational qualifications, institution/organization, academic position, workplace; 12-point font.

2.2 Abstract and Keywords

  • Abstract

    • Length: 12–15 lines

    • Academic article: 1 paragraph

    • Research article: 2 paragraphs

      • First paragraph: Objectives, sample, and research instruments

      • Second paragraph: Research findings

  • Keywords: 3–5 words in both Thai and English

3. Main Content

  1. Rationale and Problem Statement – Background and necessity of the research

  2. Research Objectives – Clearly stated

  3. Research Hypotheses – Provided if applicable

  4. Concepts and Theories – Conceptual framework and relevant theories summarized

  5. Scope of the Study

    • Population/Sample: Details and sampling methods

    • Variables: Independent and dependent variables

  6. Research Methodology

    • Research instruments used

    • Data collection: Procedures, duration, dates (day/month/year)

    • Data analysis: Methods applied to meet research objectives

  7. Research Findings – Key results summarized

  8. Discussion – Interpretation and analysis of findings

  9. Recommendations – Practical applications, impacts, creative initiatives, and innovative implications

  10. Citations and References – Must follow APA 6th edition style

4. Tables and Figures

  • Present results of data analysis clearly and systematically

5. Illustrations

  • Submit original clear images (photographs or slides)

  • Image files must be in JPEG or PNG format
