Guidelines for Formulation of an Annual Action Plan of Ban Tian Ang School, Hot District, Chiang Mai Province

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to study conditions and problems as well as finding guidelines for formulation of an annual action plan of Ban Tian Ang school, Hot district, Chiang Mai province by using Appreciation-Influence-Control (AIC) technique in the participatory action workshop from six experts.   The data were analyzed and synthesized by summarizing as the composition. The results of this study revealed as follows:

As regards the conditions for formulation of the annual action plan, it was found that the school prepared the information data, analyzed policy of relevant sector in order to make the projects by allocating budget according to the priority of the project, performance calendar clearly and performance reports to the relevant departments.

As regards the problems for formulation of the annual action plan, it was found that the tools used for the project evaluation incompletely, the evaluation results were not use in planning for the next year, teachers and personnel lacked of knowledge for formulation of the annual action plan and writing projects, the projects did not operate according to the performance calendar that had set up which caused value and investment.

As regards the guidelines for formulation of the annual action plan, it was found that the school should have activities as follows: a training course for teachers and personnel concerning how to form of the annual action plan, how to writing projects, the process of financial disbursement and procurement, instruct tools for project evaluation by appointed the operational  committee which caused value investment as well as using the evaluation results based on improvement action plan for the next year.

           As regards the examination results showed that 80 percent of all items involving   guidelines for formulation of an annual action plan of Ban Tian Ang school, Hot district, Chiang Mai province were appropriate, possibility, and usefulness
