Guidelines for Administrative Development concerning Activity for Health Promotion for Students of Montfort College, Chiang Mai Province.

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study problem conditions and to propose guidelines for administrative development concerning activity for health promotion for students of Montfort College, Chiang Mai province.  A tool used to collect data was a 5 rating scale questionnaire.  The samplings were administrators, teachers, and students of Montfort College, Chiang Mai Province, for a total of 353 respondents.  Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and the estimation of the population.

The research found that the operational conditions concerning activity for health promotion for students of Montfort College were overall and each aspect were at a high level.

As regards the guidelines for administrative development concerning activity for health promotion for students of Montfort College, Chiang Mai Province from the focus group discussion, the first three ranks were 1) A swimming pool should be opened for the service both 2 semesters, the second semester, all students in M.1-6 must study once a month in Physical Education Period, 2) Time should be managed for 50 minutes of learning, 3) training patterns should be added and using a variety of training patterns.
