Development Strategy of Management for Information System at Ban Na Fon School, BoLuang Sub-district, Hot District, ChiangMai Province

Abstract

The Purposes of this research were to study problems, solution guidelines and strategy of management for information system at Ban Na Fon school, Bo Luang sub-district, Hot district, Chiang Mai province.   Data were collected by organizing workshop of school administrators, teachers and educational personnel, for a total of 18 informants.  Data were analyzed by using content analysis, strategic checking by experts consisting of school administrators, supervisors, and officers of information under Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 5.

The study results showed that in terms of the problems of management for information system in 5 steps found that there was  no current data collection, the faulty of data, the lack of personnel who had knowledge concerning information management, the lack of data collection continuously, the strategy determination of management;  the information system at Ban Na Fon school, Bo Luang sub-district, Hot district, Chiang Mai province in 5 steps can be managed to 14 strategies, 4 strategies in the step of collecting data, 2 strategies in the step of checking data, 3 strategies in the step of data processing process, 3 strategies in the step of presenting data and information, and 2 strategies in the step of storing data and information.

As regards the evaluation results of the strategy of management for information system at Ban Na Fon school, Bo Luang sub-district, Hot district, Chiang Mai province found that the examined strategies were appropriate.
