Study of Academic Achievement, Learning Unit Important Public Holidays and Analytical Thinking of Prathom Suksa 3 Students by Learning Modeling

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were 1) to develop the lesson plan by simulation method on Holidays Unit of Prathom Suksa 3 Students effacing criteria of 80/80 2) to compare the Learning achievement on Holidays Unit of Prathom Suksa 3 Students between before and after by Simulation Method and 3) to compare analytical thinking of Prathom Suksa 3 Students between before and after by Simulation Method. The sample were 18 Prathom Suksa 3 Students of the second semester in academic in year 2020, at Muangnoiraadsongkrow School, Chaiyaphum Province; by simple random sampling. The research instruments were 8 lesson plans by simulation method on Holidays Unit for 18 hours; The Learning achievement on Holidays Unit 20 items with 3 multiple choices; and the situation analytical thinking test 15 items with 3 multiple choices. Percentage (%), mean (x̅), standard deviation (S.D.), and t-test (Dependent sample) were used to describe the data.

The research findings of this research were:

1. The lesson plan by simulation method on Holidays Unit of Prathom Suksa 3 Students was 83.89/82.50
2. The Learning achievement on Holidays Unit of Prathom Suksa 3 Students after learning by Simulation Method was higher than before at the statistical difference as .05 level.
3. The analytical thinking of Prathom Suksa 3 Students after learning by Simulation Method was higher than before at the statistical difference as .05 level.
