The results of the data synthesis revealed that the way of gambling has been in tandem with Thai society for a long time. Including the context and processes of gambling in Thai society that exist in many forms and this will depend on the context of culture, tradition, environment, law, and administrative system, etc. As for the views and attitudes towards gambling, they are divided into 2 groups: the first group has the view that gambling is a pleasure. Entertaining by creating a social space to legitimize gambling in many forms, such as gambling that is embedded in local traditions. and gambling in the types that the government allows and does not allow, etc. And the second group had the view that gambling was a vice. is the way of decay It is a disaster for players and a threat to society. It is also a bad thing that the state must be completely restricted from that society. The latter group's ideas are closely linked and related to religious principles and laws. The study of past data has found two crossroads of belief that are controversial in the issue of gambling is the power that dominates the way of life of the people (some groups) to be enslaved and difficult to release.
