Project Evaluation Research of the school's botanical garden project integrated with teaching and learning of Fang Industrial and Community Education College

Abstract

The objective of this study was to evaluate the school botanical garden project integrated with instruction for Fang Industrial and Community Education College, Chiangmai province in terms of context, preliminary factors, Process, and productivity. The population used in the assessment consisted of 5 Advisory Committees for Coordinating the Botanic Garden of schools in the Northern regions, 70 Project Committees work for the Botanical Garden at Fang Industrial and Community Education College, and a group sampling under Taro Yamane's sample size formula for students in the level of vocational certificate, 331 students with vocational and high vocational certificates, as well as their parents. Tools used for data collection were 3 sets of questionnaires. The index of consistency, IOC in context was 0.85, the preliminary factor was 0.84, the process was 0.94, and the productivity was 0.95. Statistics used in this study were analyzed by Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, and lectures according to actual conditions.

The results of this research found that:

1. Context, population and sample, consistent opinions regarding the context of the project. It is appropriate and passes the evaluation criteria (= 4.26, S.D. = 0.68)
2. Preliminary factors, population and sample group, consistent opinions regarding the input factors of the project. It is appropriate and passes the evaluation criteria (= 4.21, S.D. = 0.69)
3. Process, population, and sample group, consistent opinions regarding the project process. It is appropriate and passes the evaluation criteria (= 4.24, S.D. = 0.67)
4. Productivity, population, and sample group, consistent opinions regarding the Productivity of the project. It is appropriate and passes the evaluation criteria (= 4.26, S.D. = 0.70)
