Guidelines for Applying Applications to Develop English Communication Skills for Tourism Volunteers in the Cultural Heritage Area of Sukhothai - Si Satchanalai - Kamphaeng Phet

Abstract
Digital transformation is affecting many aspects of human life. It has long played a significant role in Thai education, especially English teaching. This academic article aims to present guidelines for applying applications to enhance English communication skills of tourism volunteers to maximize their knowledge. They include smartphone 1. basics training and workshops of using smart phone, 2. Lessons, 3. system learning, 4. addition of website tools to enhance English communication skills, 5. content management and adaptation for English communication skills development course for tourism volunteers, 6. teaching components and timing determination, 7. environmental improvement and data research, 8. support equipment such as wireless networks and software, and 9. storage unit for lesson content such as content sections, lessons, and exercises. These guidelines will help tourism volunteers concentrate on their studies, leading to an increase in their interest in English communication skills. These technologies will be the foundation for their future English communication, resulting in lifelong learning.
