บทคัดย่อ
การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางดิจิทัลส่งผลต่อวิถีชีวิตของมนุษย์ในหลาย ๆ ด้าน และมีบทบาทสำคัญต่อการศึกษาของประเทศไทย โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษ บทความวิชาการฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้แอปพลิเคชันเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษของอาสาสมัครด้านการท่องเที่ยว เพื่อให้เกิดการเรียนรู้สูงสุด แนวทางในการประยุกต์ใช้แอปพลิเคชันเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษของอาสาสมัครด้านการท่องเที่ยว ได้แก่ 1. การจัดการอบรมพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานสมาร์ตโฟน เบื้องต้น 2. การสร้างบทเรียน 3. การสร้างระบบส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ 4. การเพิ่มเติมส่วนที่เป็นอุปกรณ์สำหรับเว็บไซต์เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ 5. การจัดการและปรับเปลี่ยนเนื้อหาให้เหมาะสมกับหลักสูตรการพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษของอาสาสมัครด้านการท่องเที่ยว 6. การกำหนดส่วนประกอบ และเวลาที่ตรงกันสำหรับการเรียนการสอน 7. การปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อมและการค้นคว้าข้อมูล 8. เครื่องมือสนับสนุน เช่น เทคโนโลยี เครือข่ายไร้สาย และซอฟต์แวร์ 9. หน่วยเก็บเนื้อหาของบทเรียน เช่น ส่วนของเนื้อหา บทเรียน แบบฝึกหัด เป็นต้น แนวทางดังกล่าวสามารถพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษแก่อาสาสมัครด้านการท่องเที่ยวโดยตรง และทักษะการใช้เทคโนโลยีจะเป็นพื้นฐานไปสู่การเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต
