การวิจัยกระบวนการพัฒนาทักษะการแก้ปัญหาทางคณิตศาสตร์ของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการแก้ปัญหาทางคณิตศาสตร์ให้กับนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักศึกษาที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนในรายวิชาแคลคูลัส 1 ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 และ 3 ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 207 คน การดำเนินการวิจัยผู้วิจัยได้ออกแบบแผนกระบวนการพัฒนาทักษะการแก้ปัญหาทางคณิตศาสตร์เพื่อไปใช้ในการเรียนการสอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แผนกระบวนการพัฒนาทักษะการแก้ปัญหาทางคณิตศาสตร์ แบบทดสอบวัดผลการเรียนรู้ แบบบันทึกสังเกตพฤติกรรม แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ทักษะการแก้ปัญหาทางคณิตศาสตร์ของนักศึกษา ด้านความเข้าใจปัญหาได้ร้อยละ 76.65 สามารถแสดงวิธีการแก้ปัญหาได้ร้อยละ 65.42 และสามารถสรุปคำตอบได้ร้อยละ 47.64 (2) ผลการทำแบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ของนักศึกษาผ่านเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 80.68 ซึ่งถือว่าอยู่ในระดับดีมาก จากการวิจัยครั้งนี้การพัฒนาทักษะการแก้ปัญหาทางคณิตศาสตร์โดยใช้แผนกระบวนการพัฒนาทักษะการแก้ปัญหาทางคณิตศาสตร์ช่วยให้นักศึกษาเกิดการพัฒนาทักษะการแก้ปัญหาได้ในระดับดี

RESEARCH IN MATHEMATICS PROBLEM SOLVING PROCESS OF CHIANGMAI RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

The purpose of this research was to develop mathematics problem-solving skill of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University students. The sample was 207 students who registered in MATH 1401 Calculus 1 course in 2^nd and 3^rd semester of 2014. The procedure was comprised by constructing the mathematics problem-solving ability plan and used it in teaching activities. The research tool consisted of mathematics problem-solving development plan, the learning test, the behavior-observation form and final test. The statistics used to analyze the data were mean, standard deviation and percentage. The results were concluded as 1) 76.65% of the sample understood understanding the giving-problem, 65.42% of them could solve the problem and 47.64% could summarize the answer. 2) 80.68% of the student passed the criteria with very good band in the final test.According to the results, this research could improve students’ mathematics problem-solving skill in good level.
