Development Program of Online Teaching and Learning in the Situation of Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) of Ban Muang Kae School Under the Office of Buriram Primary Education Area 4

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the current conditions, desirable conditions and priority needs of online learning and teaching in the situation of Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) of Ban Muang Kae School under the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 4, with the samples including 140 administrators, teachers, school board and students, derived from the stratified random sampling, and 2) develop the program of online learning and teaching in the situation of Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) of Ban Muang Kae School under the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 4, with the key informants of 5 teachers with the excellent practices in the online teaching and 5 peer reviewers, derived by the purposive random sampling. The instruments contained the questionnaires, interview form and the program assessment form. The statistics used consisted of the percentage, mean, standard deviation and the priority needs Index by PNI modified.
The results were that:
- 1. the current conditions appeared in overall at the moderate level, the desirable conditions implied in overall at the much level, and the priority needs ranking comprised: 1) technology aspect, 2) contents and 3) teaching respectively.
- 2. the program of online learning and teaching in the situation of Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) of Ban Muang Kae School under the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 included: 1) principles, 2) program objectives and 3) contents, consisting of Unit 1: technology aspect, Unit 2: content aspect, Unit 3: teaching aspect, 4) developmental methods and
5) developmental evaluation. The results of appropriateness assessment revealed in the much level, and the possibility was in the most level.
