การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพลงฉ่อยสร้างสรรค์จังหวัดอ่างทอง : จากภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นสู่ศิลปะการใช้ชีวิตด้านจรณทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21

บทความครั้งนี้ ใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการในการสร้างหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพลงฉ่อยสร้างสรรค์จังหวัดอ่างทอง (2) พัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพลงฉ่อยสร้างสรรค์จังหวัดอ่างทองผ่านแนวคิดจรณทักษะที่สอดคล้องในศตวรรษที่ 21 และ (3) ประเมินผลการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพลงฉ่อยสร้างสรรค์ให้กับสถานศึกษาในจังหวัดอ่างทอง ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปีที่1-6 โรงเรียนโยธินบูรณะอ่างทอง
(จำปาหล่อพิทยาคม) จำนวน 120 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1-3 ปีการศึกษา 2/2567 โดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่ายด้วยการใช้ตารางตัวเลขสุ่ม จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้างเรื่องสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการในการสร้างหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพลงฉ่อยสร้างสรรค์จังหวัดอ่างทอง 2) แบบบันทึกประเด็นการสนทนากลุ่ม 3) แบบวัดทักษะก่อนและหลังการอบรม และ 4) แบบประเมินผลการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพลงฉ่อยสร้างสรรค์ สถิตที่ใช้ในงานวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) สภาพปัญหาในการสร้างหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพลงฉ่อยสร้างสรรค์จังหวัดอ่างทองอยู่ในระดับมาก (Mean=4.42, SD=0.27) ส่วนความต้องการในการจัดทำหลักสูตรอยู่ระดับมากที่สุด (Mean=4.59, SD=0.16) (2) หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมบทเพลงฉ่อยสร้างสรรค์จังหวัดอ่างทองผ่านแนวคิดจรณทักษะที่สอดคล้องในศตวรรษที่ 21 ประกอบ ด้วย 4 หน่วยการเรียนรู้ ได้แก่ 1) ท้องถิ่นของเรา 2) ทำความรู้จักเพลงฉ่อย 3) จรณทักษะที่สำคัญในศตวรรษที่ 21 และ 4) เพลงฉ่อยสร้างสรรค์ และ (3) ผลการประเมินการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพลงฉ่อยสร้างสรรค์ให้กับสถานศึกษาในจังหวัดอ่างทองอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (Mean=4.54, SD=0.15) ผลการวิจัยสะท้อนว่าหลักสูตรสามารถเสริมสร้างจรณทักษะของผู้เรียนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
