การสำรวจความต้องการด้านสมรรถนะของบัณฑิตพยาบาล หลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ตามความต้องการของผู้ประกอบการสถานประกอบการทางสุขภาพ

การวิจัยเรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจความต้องการด้านสมรรถนะของบัณฑิตพยาบาล หลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ ตามความต้องการของผู้ปฏิบัติงานในสถานประกอบการทางสุขภาพ ครอบคลุม 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ความรู้ ทักษะ จริยธรรม และลักษณะบุคคล การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้ปฏิบัติงานในสถานประกอบการทางสุขภาพของรัฐและเอกชน จำนวน 200 คน ซึ่งได้จากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง เครื่องมือผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 ท่าน มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) อยู่ในช่วง 0.80–1.00 และทดสอบความเชื่อมั่นด้วย
ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.92 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ปฏิบัติงานในสถานประกอบการทางสุขภาพ ต้องการบัณฑิตพยาบาลที่มีสมรรถนะด้านจริยธรรมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ ด้านลักษณะบุคคล ด้านทักษะและด้านความรู้ตามลำดับ ซึ่งสะท้อนว่า สมรรถนะด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรมและคุณลักษณะภายในตัวบุคคล ได้แก่ ความซื่อสัตย์ ความรับผิดชอบ ความตรงต่อเวลา ความอดทน มีบทบาทสำคัญอย่างยิ่งในการประกอบวิชาชีพพยาบาล จึงสามารถนำข้อมูลที่ได้ไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ให้มีคุณภาพสอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ในปัจจุบันและความต้องการของสถานประกอบการทางสุขภาพ
