The Development of Teachers Workshop through the Quality Cycleon the Reading Literacy Scale Model for Teachers under The Office of the Basic Education Commission

Abstract

        การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวิธีดำเนินการวิจัย 4 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ 1) ศึกษาเอกสาร งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับรูปแบบการพัฒนาครูเชิงปฏิบัติการผ่านวงจรคุณภาพ เรื่อง การสร้างแบบวัดการรู้การอ่าน 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการพัฒนาครูเชิงปฏิบัติการผ่านวงจรคุณภาพ เรื่อง การสร้างแบบวัดการรู้การอ่าน 3) ทดลองใช้รูปแบบการพัฒนาครูเชิงปฏิบัติการผ่านวงจรคุณภาพ เรื่อง การสร้างแบบวัดการรู้การอ่าน และ 4) ประเมินผลความพึงพอใจการใช้รูปแบบการพัฒนาครูเชิงปฏิบัติการผ่านวงจรคุณภาพ เรื่อง การสร้างแบบวัดการรู้การอ่าน ประชากร ได้แก่ครูสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุตรดิตถ์ เขต 1 จำนวน 1,279 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) จากครูสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุตรดิตถ์ เขต 1 จำนวน 40 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ผลจากการสังเคราะห์การศึกษาเอกสาร งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับรูปแบบการพัฒนาครูเชิงปฏิบัติการผ่านวงจรคุณภาพ เรื่อง การสร้างแบบวัดการรู้การอ่าน พบว่า รูปแบบที่ได้รับการนำไปพัฒนาครูมากที่สุดคือรูปแบบการพัฒนาครูเชิงปฏิบัติการ และรูปแบบวงจรคุณภาพ
2. รูปแบบการพัฒนาครูเชิงปฏิบัติการผ่านวงจรคุณภาพเรื่องการสร้างแบบวัดการรู้การอ่านมีลักษณะเป็นแบบแผนจำลอง ประกอบด้วยหลักการแนวคิดทฤษฎีของการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการโดยควบคู่วงจรคุณภาพ ประกอบด้วย การสร้างแบบวัดการรู้การอ่าน และกิจกรรม ได้แก่ การวางแผน (P) การปฏิบัติการ (D) การตรวจสอบ (C) และการประเมินผล (A) รูปแบบมีความสอดคล้องเชิงโครงสร้างและมีความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
3. ผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบการพัฒนาครูเชิงปฏิบัติการผ่านวงจรคุณภาพ เรื่อง การสร้างแบบวัด การรู้การอ่าน พบว่า ความรู้เรื่องการสร้างแบบวัดการรู้การอ่าน ของครูที่เข้าอบรมหลังอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนอบรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
4. ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจการใช้รูปแบบการพัฒนาครูเชิงปฏิบัติการผ่านวงจรคุณภาพ เรื่องการสร้างแบบวัดการรู้การอ่าน พบว่ามีความพึงพอใจ ด้านความเป็นประโยชน์ ด้านความเป็นไปได้ ด้านความเหมาะสม และด้านความถูกต้อง ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

This research have method 4 steps as follows: 1) To study research documents related to the development of teacher workshop through the quality cycle on the reading literacy scale model for teacher under the Office of Basic Education 2) To develop a development model of teacher workshop through a quality cycle on the creation of reading literacy scale for teachers under the Office of Basic Education 3) To trial the development model of teacher workshop through a quality cycle on the creation of reading literacy scale for teachers under the Office of Basic Education. 4) To evaluate the results of the fourth form in the development model of teacher workshops through a quality cycle on the creation of reading literacy scale for teachers under the Office of Basic Education. Population is 1,279 of the Uttaradit Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 40 samples selected specific (Purposive Sampling) the Uttaradit Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research found that:

1. The result of study and analysis documents of the research related to the development model that teacher did in teacher workshops through the quality cycle on the topic of reading literacy scale creation found that the model of teacher workshops through the quality cycle on the topic of reading literacy scale creation and the quality cycle were used to develop teachers under the Office of Basic Education as a whole.
2. The development model by doing workshops through the quality cycle on the topic of reading literacy scale creation is a conventional modal including of the theory of action research coupled quality cycle including reading literacy scale creation and activity such as planning (P) doing (D) checking (C) and assessment (A) that were according to the information construction. The possibility and utility were at the high level as a whole.
3. The result of the teacher development model by doing workshops through the quality cycle on the topic of reading literacy scale creation for teachers under the Office of Basic Education found that teacher knowledge after training was higher than before in the training at significant level of 0.1
4. The result of satisfactory evaluation in the teacher development model by doing workshops through the quality cycle on the topic of reading literacy scale creation found that the satisfactory rating in utility, possibility, suitability and validity were overall at the high level.
