Abstract

This research aimed to (1) study the level of quality of life development among persons with disabilities in Phetchabun Province and (2) identify the problems and obstacles in enhancing their quality of life. A documentary research approach was applied by reviewing academic documents, research articles, and official reports published between 2012 and 2024 from databases such as ThaiJo, TCI, and Google Scholar, as well as government publications. The findings revealed that the development of quality of life among persons with disabilities in Phetchabun was at a moderate to high level in terms of access to basic rights, education, and public health services. However, limitations were found in employment opportunities, access to technology, and community participation. The main problems included lack of inter-agency integration, insufficient budget allocation, and social attitudes that hinder equality. Recommendations suggest strengthening support networks, promoting suitable career development, and applying digital technologies to enhance the quality of life and dignity of persons with disabilities.
