การศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของภาวะผู้นำมุ่งความสำเร็จของงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับความพึงพอใจในการทำงานของครู สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิษณุโลก เขต 2

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของภาวะผู้นำมุ่งผลสำเร็จของงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับความพึงพอใจในการทำงานของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิษณุโลกเขต 2 ประชากรได้แก่ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิษณุโลกเขต 2 ประชากร 1,300 คนและกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจำนวน 97 คนและครูผู้สอนจำนวน 297 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำมุ่งความสำเร็จของงานและแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจในการทำงานของครูเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ค่าเฉลี่ย () ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และค่าสัมประสิทธิสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Peason’s product moment correlation)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 

1) ภาวะผู้นำมุ่งความสำเร็จของงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิษณุโลกเขต 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อพบว่าภาวะผู้นำแบบมุ่งผลสำเร็จของงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมากทุกข้อโดยครูเห็นว่าผู้บริหารเปิดโอกาสให้ครูผู้สอนแสดงความสามารถในการทำงานอย่างเต็มที่อยู่ในระดับมากรองลงมาคือผู้บริหารเปิดโอกาสให้ครูผู้สอนได้รับความก้าวหน้าในอนาคตและน้อยที่สุดคือผู้บริหารกำหนดเป้าหมายที่ท้าทาย 

 2) ความพึงพอใจในการทำงานของครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิษณุโลกเขต 2 ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางเมื่อพิจารณาแยกตามปัจจัยพบว่าครูมีความพึงพอใจในการทำงานแต่ละรายปัจจัยอยู่ในระดับปานกลางเช่นเดียวกันโดยปัจจัยค้ำจุนมีส่วนทำให้ครูมีความพึงพอใจการทำงานอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดและรองลงมาคือปัจจัยจูงใจ 

3) ความสัมพันธ์แบบภาวะผู้นำมุ่งความสำเร็จของงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับความพึงพอใจในการทำงานของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิษณุโลกเขต 2 โดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก (r = 0.07) ในระดับต่ำ 

A study on relationship between achievement oriented leadership of school administrators and job satisfaction of teachers in basic schools under The Office of Phitsanulok Education Service Area Zone 2

This research aims were study of relationship between achievement oriented leadership of school administrators and job satisfaction of teachers in schools  under Phitsanulok Primary Education Service Area Office 2. The population were 1,300 of the school principals and teachers under the office of Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area 2 and the simples of this research were 97 the school principal and 297 teachers. The research instruments were the questionnaire about achievement oriented leadership and questionnaire about teacher job satisfaction with rating scales in 5 levels. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation. 

This research finding that 

1. The achievement oriented leadership of school  administrators and job satisfaction of teachers in schools under Phitsanulok Primary Education Service Area Office 2 in overall was in high level. When we considered in each issue founded that the relationship of achievement oriented leadership of school principal was in high level in all issues. In the teacher’s opinion, the school principal gives opportunity to show their ability to work was in high level and the school principal gives the teacher an opportunity to be good in work in the future and in the lowest level, the school principal the challenging goal of working. 

2. TheJob satisfaction in under The Office of Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area 2 in overall was in middle level. When we considered in the following factors, founded that the teachers have a job satisfaction in each factor in a middle level as the same off the supporting factor to make it in the highest level and then the motivation factors. 

3. The achievement oriented leadership of school administrators and job satisfaction of teachers in schools under phitsanulok primary education service area office 2 in overall had the positive correlation in low level (r = 0.07)
