แนวทางการส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตาก เขต 1

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายของการวิจัยเพื่อศึกษาการปฏิบัติงานของครูและแนวทางการส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตากเขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่คือครูจำนวน 304 คนและผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 10 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา 

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. การปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพครูในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายมาตรฐานพบว่ามาตรฐานที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดคือมาตรฐานที่ 8 การปฏิบัติตนเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีแก่ผู้เรียนและมาตรฐานที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดอยู่ในระดับมากคือมาตรฐานที่ 1 การปฏิบัติกิจกรรมทางวิชาการเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาวิชาชีพครูอย่างเสมอ

2. แนวทางการส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพครูพบว่าควรจะส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ในด้านวิชาการเพื่อพัฒนาวิชาชีพซึ่งจะชี้ให้ได้เห็นว่าครูผู้สอนนั้นได้ผ่านการฝึกอบรมมาแล้วควรที่จะเป็นครูฝึกควรพัฒนาความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์การจัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรอย่างต่อเนื่องผ่านการอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนโดยใช้กระบวนการวิจัยสู่การปฏิบัติจริงได้รับการฝึกอบรมเกี่ยวกับการวิเคราะห์หลักสูตรในภาพรวมทุกรายวิชาสู่การปฏิบัติใช้เทคโนโลยีในการเผยแพร่สื่อการสอนส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเทคนิควิธีการผลิตและการใช้สื่อจัดกิจกรรมการ

เรียนการสอนแบบบูรณาการและยึดผู้เรียนเป็นศูนย์กลางใช้นวัตกรรมและมีการนิเทศพัฒนาผู้เรียนสร้างนวัตกรรมเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาผู้เรียนอย่างเป็นระบบปฏิบัติตนอย่างเหมาะสมกับความเป็นครูเข้าร่วมพัฒนาด้านระเบียบวินัยและจริยธรรมเป็นผู้นำในการวางแผนการพัฒนาโรงเรียนมีส่วนร่วมในเป้าหมายการวางแผนพัฒนาพัฒนาชุมชนอย่างเป็นระบบจัดประชุมปรึกษาหารือกับชุมชนเพื่อบูรณาการการสอนกับชุมชนอย่างสร้างสรรค์ร่วมคิดวิเคราะห์และประยุกต์ใช้ข่าวสารในการแก้ปัญหาให้กับผู้เรียนอย่างมีเหตุผลพัฒนาความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้เทคโนโลยีการเรียนการสอนพัฒนาและสร้างองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีวิเคราะห์แนวทางการแก้ปัญหาโดยการนิเทศติดตามการวิเคราะห์แนวทางในการแก้ปัญหาโดยใช้องค์ประกอบของกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน

A Guideline to Promote the Teachers’ Performance Based on the Profession Standards under Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

The purpose of this research was to study the teachers’ performance and guideline to promote the teachers’ performance based on the professional standards under Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The participants were 304 teachers and 10 experts. The instruments used were a questionnaire and a structured interview. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation and content analysis.

The results showed that:

1. The teachers’ performance in overall was at a high level, the highest mean was being a good model for learners standard and the lowest was the academic practice for regular teaching professional development standard.

2. The guideline to promote the teachers’ performance in overall showed that; it should promote the exchange of knowledge in academic for professional development; trainers analyze the importance of extra-curricular activities to develop learners, develop the ability to analyze extra-curricular activities continuously, train to develop and improve the learners by using research process, be trained on curriculum analysis overview of all curriculums into the action for development, use technology in the dissemination media, promote the knowledge management of ideas, technique, production method, create knowledge and understanding in integrated teaching, teach activities based on integration of content and child center, use innovation and supervision to contribute to the development of learner, to create innovation to problem solving the learner systematically, behave appropriately to be good teachers, attend the development of discipline and ethics, be the leader in planning to development of school, participate in development planning goals, develop community systematically, organize a meeting consultation with the community to integrate with the operation creatively, contribute ideas, analyze and apply information in problem solving rationally for the learner, develop knowledge about usage instructional technology, develop and create knowledge about the technology, problem solving analysis by the supervision, analyze guideline on problem solving by using the elements of teaching activity.
