การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะครูวิทยาศาสตร์ระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 39, 41 และ 42

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสมรรถนะของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ระดับมัธยมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 39, 41 และ 42  2) ศึกษาวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันโมเดลสมรรถนะครูวิทยาศาสตร์ระดับมัธยมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 39, 41 และ 42 กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ครูวิทยาศาสตร์ที่สอนในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 39, 41 และ 42 จำนวน 360 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามสมรรถนะครูวิทยาศาสตร์ครอบคลุม 4 องค์ประกอบคือด้านคุณลักษณะของความเป็นครู ด้านเจตคติทางวิทยาศาสตร์ ด้านความรู้และด้านปฏิบัติการสอนวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ยค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การกระจายค่าความเบ้ค่าความโด่งของข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรม SPSS for window และวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันด้วยโปรแกรมลิสเรล (LISREL)

การวิจัยพบว่า

1. ผลการศึกษาสมรรถนะครูวิทยาศาสตร์ระดับมัธยมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 39, 41 และ 42 โดยภาพรวมและแยกเป็นรายด้านมีสมรรถนะอยู่ในเกณฑ์ระดับดี

2. ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันอันดับที่สองด้วยโปรแกรมลิสเรล  พบว่าโมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์เป็นอย่างดีประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบซึ่งมีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบมาตรฐานเรียงลำดับค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบมาตรฐานจากมากไปน้อยดังนี้ด้านคุณลักษณะของความเป็นครูด้านเจตคติทางวิทยาศาสตร์ด้านความรู้และด้านปฏิบัติการสอนเท่ากับ 1.00, 0.96, 0.94 และ 0.66 ตามลำดับค่าไค-สแคว์สัมพัทธ์ (Relative chi-square :²/df) เท่ากับ 1.19 ค่าความน่าจะเป็น (P-value) เท่ากับ 0.12549 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืน (GFI) เท่ากับ  .97 ค่าความคลาดเคลื่อน (RMSEA) เท่ากับ 0.023 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืนที่ปรับแก้แล้ว (AGFI) เท่ากับ .95 และค่าดัชนีวัดความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนเปรียบเทียบ (CFI) เท่ากับ 1.00 

A Factor Analysis of Science Teachers Competencies in the Secondary Schools under Educational Service Area Office 39, 41 and 42

The purpose of this research were 1) to study competencies of science  teachers and, 2) to study the confirmatory factor of science teachers competencies in the secondary schools under Educational Service Area Office 39, 41 and 42. The samples were 360 science teachers who taught secondary schools under educational service area office 39, 41 and 42. The research tool was a questionnaire of competencies of science teachers. The questionnaire composed of 4 aspects: teacher’s quality, the science attitude, the teacher’s knowledge and teaching. The data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, skewness and kurtosis by using SPSS  for Windows  and  the  confirmatory factor analysis  was analyzed by LISREL program.

Results of this research were followings;

1. The results of the 4 aspects to wards the study in competencies of science  teachers in the secondary schools under Educational Service Area Office 39, 41 and 42 in  general  were at a good  level.

2. The  result  of second-order confirmatory  factor analysis  by  using  LISREL program showed  that the resulted model fitted the empirical data. There were four factors in competencies of science teachers, i.e. ethics, teacher’s quality, the science attitude, the teacher’s knowledge and teaching ranging from the highest factor loading value to the lowest were 1.00, 0.96, 0.94 and 0.66 respectively. The construct validity of models was consistent with empirical data, with relative chi-square :²/df=1.19, P-value=0.12549, Goodness of Fit Index (GFI)=0.97, Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA)=0.023, Adjusted Goodness of Fit Index (AGFI)=0.95 and Comparative Fit Index: CFI=1.00
