ทัศนคติที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติตามแนวทางยุทธศาสตร์การพิทักษ์ป่าไม้ของประชาชนในเขตอุทยานแห่งชาติทุ่งแสลงหลวง

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบเชิงปริมาณ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติของราษฎรที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติตามแนวทางยุทธศาสตร์การพิทักษ์ป่าไม้ของประชาชนในเขตอุทยานแห่งชาติทุ่งแสลงหลวง และเพื่อให้ได้ข้อเสนอแนะของราษฎรที่มีต่อแนวทางยุทธศาสตร์การพิทักษ์ป่าไม้ของประชาชนในเขตอุทยานแห่งชาติทุ่งแสลงหลวง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา คือ ประชาชนที่มีรายชื่อตามบัญชีรายชื่อที่ได้รับการตรวจสอบพิสูจน์ว่าอยู่อาศัย/ทำกิน ก่อน หลัง ก่อน (บางส่วน) วันประกาศสงวนหวงห้ามเป็นพื้นที่ป่าไม้ตามกฎหมายครั้งแรกในพื้นที่ป่าอนุรักษ์ อุทยานแห่งชาติ ทุ่งแสลงหลวง มีจำนวน 308 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั่วไปด้วยการแจกแจงความถี่ และค่าร้อยละ และวิเคราะห์ระดับทัศนคติที่มีต่อการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรป่าไม้ ด้วยค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

ทัศนคติที่มีต่อแนวทางในการฟื้นฟู และดูแลรักษาป่าไม้อย่างยั่งยืนตามประเด็นยุทธศาสตร์ ตามแผนแม่บทของกองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในราชอาณาจักร กระทรวงทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก สำหรับข้อเสนอแนะของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง พบว่าต้องการได้รับการจัดสรรที่ทำกิน หาพันธุ์พืชไม้มาให้ชาวบ้านปลูกเป็นการหารายได้เสริมให้กับชาวบ้านและเขตชุมชน ปลูกทดแทนไม้ที่ถูกตัดไป รวมทั้งอนุญาตให้ชาวบ้านเข้าไปตัดป่าไม้เพื่อหาของป่า รวมทั้งส่งเสริมให้มีการรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อมในชุมชนเพิ่มขึ้น

Attitude for Compliance with Strategic Guidelines for Forest Conservation of People in Thung Salaeng Luang National Park

This paper is quantitative research. The purpose of this research was to study the attitude for compliance with strategic guidelines for Forest Conservation of people in Thung Salaeng Luang National Park and to get the feedback of the people on strategic guidelines for Forest Conservation of people in Thung Salaeng Luang National Park. The samples were 308 people whose names lists had been approved of living / arable before, later and before (partial) of declare action of a reserved forest area restricted by law with first in a protected forest area of Tung Salang Luang National Park. The instrument was a questionnaire to collect data. Data were analyzed, by using frequency, percentage and analysis of attitude for compliance with strategic guidelines for Forest Conservation of people in Thung Salaeng Luang National Park with mean and standard deviation.

The results showed that the attitude toward the revitalization and Forest Conservation of sustainable that according to the strategic issues as the master plan of division of Internal Security, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment overall was at a high level. For the subjects ‘s suggestions found that they need land allocation for to arable, plants provision for their supplement income and to plant the tree that local have been cut, including allowing people to cut tree for food and for the promotion of environmental protection increasing in the community.
