การพัฒนารูปแบบการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา การตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควรของวัยรุ่นในจังหวัดกำแพงเพชร

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควรของวัยรุ่นในจังหวัดกำแพงเพชร 2) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการรับความช่วยเหลือในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควรของวัยรุ่นในจังหวัดกำแพงเพชร 3) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควรของวัยรุ่นในจังหวัดกำแพงเพชร 4) เพื่อประเมินรูปแบบการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควรของวัยรุ่นการดำเนินงานวิจัย 4 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) การศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควรของวัยรุ่น 2) การศึกษาความต้องการรับความช่วยเหลือในการป้องกันและแก้ไข 3) การพัฒนารูปแบบการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา 4) การประเมินรูปแบบการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควรของวัยรุ่นในจังหวัดกำแพงเพชร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพ ได้แก่ พัฒนาการของวัยรุ่น ปัจจัยด้านการศึกษา ด้านการสาธารณสุขและด้านสื่อสารเทคโนโลยีมีผลต่อการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควรของวัยรุ่นและทำให้เกิดปัญหาด้านสุขภาพและปัญหาสังคมต่อไป

2. วัยรุ่นต้องการรับความช่วยเหลือในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาจากครู เจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุข ครอบครัวและชุมชน

3. รูปแบบการป้องกันแก้ปัญหาการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควรของวัยรุ่นที่พัฒนาประกอบ ด้วย 8 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ หลักการ จุดมุ่งหมาย วัตถุประสงค์ เป้าหมาย โครงสร้าง การดำเนินงาน เงื่อนไขสู่ความสำเร็จและผลผลิต โดยโครงสร้างประกอบด้วยหน่วยงานด้านสาธารณสุขเป็นแกนนำหลักและหน่วยงานด้านการศึกษาและด้านสังคมเป็นคณะทำงาน การดำเนินงานให้ แกนนำหลักมีบทบาทคือการสร้างความตระหนักรู้กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องจัดตั้งคณะทำงานการสร้างความสัมพันธ์และรวมผลงานสรุปและเผยแพร่ ส่วนบทบาทของคณะทำงาน ได้แก่ การวางแผน การดำเนินงาน การตรวจสอบ และปรับปรุง ให้มุ่งเน้นกิจกรรม 1) การส่งเสริมองค์ความรู้เพื่อป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควร 2) การป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์และโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ 3) การรักษาพยาบาลวัยรุ่นที่ตั้งครรภ์ 4) การฟื้นฟู ร่างกาย จิตใจและสังคมของแม่วัยรุ่น

4. ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควรของวัยรุ่น พบว่า ด้านความถูกต้อง ความสอดคล้อง ความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก

The Model Development of Prevention and Solution in Premature Pregnancy of Teenagers in Kamphaengphet Province

The purposes of this research were 1) to study condition and unwanted pregnancy problems, 2) to study needs to assist in prevention and solutions of unwanted pregnancy, 3) to develop the model for unwanted pregnancy prevention and solutions, and 4) to evaluate the model for unwanted pregnancy prevention and solutions. The research was divided into four stages consisting of 1) studying the condition and unwanted pregnancy problems in teenagers. The second stage was studying needs to assist in unwanted pregnancy prevention and solutions in teenagers. The third stage was developing the model for unwanted pregnancy prevention and solutions in teenagers. The fourth stage was evaluating the model for unwanted pregnancy prevention and solutions in teenagers.

Results were as follows:

1. The results from studying condition and unwanted pregnancy problems of teenagers in Kamphaengphet Province showed that the development of teenagers, education factor, public health service and communications technology affected unwanted pregnancy in teenagers and caused health problems and social problems.

2. Teenagers wanted to get help in unwanted pregnancy prevention and solutions from teachers, health officers, their families and communities.

3. Development results in model for unwanted pregnancy prevention and solutions of teenagers in Kamphaengphet Province had eight components as follows: principles, aims, objectives, target, structure, operations, conditions for success and outcomes. The structure consisted of leaders and a working group. The leader’s role was to create awareness with the related authorities and to establish a working group for creating an ongoing relationship, and to include summary results and publish reports. The role of the working group included a shared plan, operating, checking and revision by focusing on promoting the knowledge to prevent unwanted pregnancy, sexually transmitted diseases, medical treatment for pregnancy teenagers, and revitalization of physical, mental and social development of teenage mothers.

4. The results from the unwanted pregnancy prevention and solutions in teenagers showed that the overall was at a high level. When classifying into the accuracy, consistency, suitability, possibilities and its benefits overall was at a high level.
