ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำแบบเหนือชั้นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำแบบเหนือชั้นของผู้บริหาร โรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 2) ระดับปัจจัยความคิดสร้างสรรค์ วัฒนธรรมองค์การของสถานศึกษา การเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ และความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยความคิดสร้างสรรค์ วัฒนธรรมองค์การของสถานศึกษา การเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ และความซื่อสัตย์สุจริตกับภาวะผู้นำแบบเหนือชั้นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 และ 4) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำแบบเหนือชั้นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา จำนวน 400 คน จำแนกเป็น ผู้บริหาร 40 คน และครู 360 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการถดถอยพหุคูณ โดยใช้วิธี Enter ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ ดังนี้

1) ภาวะผู้นำแบบเหนือชั้นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และรายด้านในภาพรวมทุกด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านจิตวิญญาณของความเป็นผู้นำ ด้านวิสัยทัศน์ ด้านจริยธรรม ด้านการใฝ่บริการ และด้านสมรรถนะของผู้นำ อยู่ในระดับมาก

2) ปัจจัยความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ปัจจัยวัฒนธรรมองค์การของสถานศึกษา ปัจจัยการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ และปัจจัยความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกปัจจัย

3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำแบบเหนือชั้นของผู้บริหารมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับภาวะผู้นำแบบเหนือชั้นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 ในระดับสูง 1 ปัจจัย คือ ความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต ในระดับปานกลาง 3 ปัจจัย คือ ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ วัฒนธรรมองค์การของสถานศึกษา และการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ

4) ปัจจัยที่สามารถพยากรณ์ภาวะผู้นำแบบเหนือชั้นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 จำนวน 3 ปัจจัย เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อยคือ ความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต (X₄) การเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ (X₃) วัฒนธรรมองค์การของสถานศึกษา (X₂) ที่ระดับ .05 คือ ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ (X₁) มีประสิทธิภาพการพยากรณ์ ร้อยละ 73.80 (R²=.738)  สามารถสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ได้ ดังนี้

สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ คือ

 = .964 + .063(X₁) + .123(X₂) + .157(X₃) + .419(X₄)

สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน คือ

Factors Affecting Transcendental Leadership of Administrators in Schools under Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

This study aimed 1) to investigate the level of the transcendental leadership of the administrators in schools under Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 2) to explore the level of the factors of creative thinking, cultural organization, empowerment and integrity, 3) to describe the relationship between the factors of creative thinking, cultural organization, empowerment and integrity and the administrators’ transcendental leadership, and 4) to determine the factors affecting the transcendental leadership. The 400 samples consisted of 40 administrators and 360 teachers drawn from the schools. A rating-scale questionnaire was used for data collection and the statistics applied for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation efficient and multiple regression analysis by using Enter method. The findings were as follows:

1. The level of the transcendental leadership was clearly found in overall aspect at a high level. The highest aspect found was vision then followed by the leader’s spirituality, competency, servant and ethics respectively which showed at a high level in all aspects.

2. The level of the factors affected the administrator’s transcendental leadership was obviously found in overall aspect at a high level. The highest mean was the cultural organization, integrity, empowerment and creative thinking respectively.

3. The factors affecting the transcendental leadership was positively correlated with the administrator’s transcendental. One factor found at a high level was the integrity and three factors found at a moderate level were creative thinking, cultural organization and empowerment with the statistical significance at .01 level.

4. The three factors that could predict the transcendental leadership with the statistical significance at .01 levels were integrity (X₄), empowerment (X₃) and cultural organization (X₂) and the statistical significance at .05 levels was the creative thinking.

According to this study, the prediction efficiency accounted for 73.80 percent (R² = .738) and the predictive equation was constructed as follows.

The predictive equation of raw scores was:
