The Development of a Supplementary Course in the Learning Area of Occupations and Technology Entitled “Bamboo Weaving” for Grade 5th Students at Watdankururadautid School

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย คือ 1. เพื่อสร้างและหาคุณภาพของหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติมกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี เรื่อง การจักสานไม้ไผ่ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 2. เพื่อศึกษาผลการทดลองใช้หลักสูตรที่สร้างขึ้น ดังนี้  (1) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนกับเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 75 ของคะแนนเต็ม  (2) เปรียบเทียบทักษะการปฏิบัติงานกับเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 75 ของคะแนนเต็ม  และ (3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม 

            กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5  โรงเรียนวัดดานคุรุราษฎร์อุทิศ  จำนวน 12 คน   เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย (1) หลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม  (2) คู่มือการใช้หลักสูตร และ (3) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้   เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบไปด้วย  (1) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน  (2) แบบวัดทักษะการปฏิบัติงาน  และ (3) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ ใช้เวลาในการวิจัย 20 ชั่วโมง  มีจำนวนแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้จำนวน  20 แผน  สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย  ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการทดสอบค่าทีผลการวิจัยพบว่า ได้หลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม  กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี เรื่อง การจักสานไม้ไผ่ ที่มีความเหมาะสมสามารถนำไปใช้จัดการเรียนการสอนได้  คู่มือการใช้หลักสูตรและแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้มีความเหมาะสมจากการตรวจสอบคุณภาพโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 ท่าน  ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 75 ของคะแนนเต็มอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 ทักษะการปฏิบัติงานของนักเรียนสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 75 ของคะแนนเต็มอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ.05  และนักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนอยู่ในระดับมาก

The purpose of this research were to 1.construct and find the efficiency of the development of a supplementary course in the learning area of occupations and technology entitled “Bamboo Weaving” for grade 5^th students. 2.implement  a supplementary course as follows (1) to compare the achievement of academic with 75 percent of defined criteria (2) to compare the skills of practiced with 75 percent of defined criteria and (3) to study students’ satisfaction toward learning by a supplementary course.

            The sample were 12 grade 5^th students of Watdankururadautid School. The research instruments include (1) lesson course (2) lesson course manual (3) lesson plans. The method to collect the data of this research includes (1) the achievement test in academic (2) the skills of practice test and (3) questionnaires on satisfaction. The data were analyzed by the supplementary course approach 20 hours with 20 lesson plans on theory and practice. The analyzing statistic was percentages, mean, standard deviation and t-test independent. 

The result of this research found that the supplementary course in the learning area of occupations and technology entitled “Bamboo Weaving” was suitable to taught. The lesson course manual and lesson plans were suitable. The instruments has been evaluated by a qualified 5 experts. The achievement of academic with the specified criteria by calculating the statistics show that the average higher than 75 percent at the 0.05 level of significant, the skills of practicing with the specified criteria by calculating the statistics show that the average higher than 75 percent at the 0.05 level of significant  and students were satisfaction in supplementary course on high positive.
