การพัฒนาโปรแกรมฝึกอบรมทักษะวิชาชีพด้านคหกรรมศาสตร์ สำหรับผู้สูงอายุ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทดลอง (experiment research) แบบ one group pretest-posttest design) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาโปรแกรมฝึกอบรมทักษะวิชาชีพด้าน คหกรรมศาสตร์สำหรับผู้สูงอายุและหาประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 2) เปรียบเทียบผลการเรียนก่อนและหลังฝึกอบรมทักษะวิชาชีพ และ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้สูงอายุต่อการฝึกอบรมทักษะวิชาชีพ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ ผู้สูงอายุระดับต้นมีอายุระหว่าง 60-70 ปี ที่เป็นสมาชิกกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุศิลปะประดิษฐ์ บ้านปากห้วย ตำบลดอนทอง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพิษณุโลก จำนวน 30 คน โดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (purposive sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการ คือ โปรแกรมการฝึกอบรมทักษะวิชาชีพคหกรรมศาสตร์สำหรับผู้สูงอายุ แบบทดสอบความรู้ แบบวัดทักษะการปฏิบัติงาน และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) สถิติเพื่อการทดสอบที (t-test for dependent) และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (content analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ประสิทธิภาพของโปรแกรมฝึกอบรมทักษะวิชาชีพด้านคหกรรมศาสตร์ มีค่าเท่ากับ 85.61/83.33 สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ 80/80  2) ผลคะแนนการฝึกอบรมของผู้สูงอายุหลังฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนฝึกอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05  3) ผู้สูงอายุมีความพึงพอใจต่อการเข้าร่วมฝึกอบรม ทั้งด้านวิทยากร ด้านวันเวลา สถานที่ ด้านสื่อและวัสดุฝึกอบรม ด้านการจัดฝึกอบรม และด้านหัวข้อฝึกอบรมอยู่ในระดับมาก

The purposes of this pre-experiment research with one group pretest-posttest design were to develop a training program for the elderly’s professional home economics skills, examine the efficiency of the program with the 80/80 standard, compare their performance before and after training of the professional skills, and investigate their satisfaction towards the training. The elderly were between 60-70 years old who were the invention art elderly group members in Don-Thong district, Muang, Phitsanulok. The 30 participants were selected by purposive sampling. The tools were professional home economics skills training program for the elderly, a knowledge test, a performance test, and satisfaction questionnaire. The data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation (S.D.), t-test for dependent, and content analysis. The results showed that the effectiveness of the training programs was 85.61 / 83.33 which was higher than the 80/80 standard, and the score after the training was higher than that before training at 0.05 level. Also, the elderly were satisfied with the training in terms of speakers, date, time, place, media and training materials, training title and training at a high level.
