Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการดำเนินงานการนิเทศการสอนในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 19 ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบสภาพและปัญหาการดำเนินงานการนิเทศการสอนในโรงเรียน โดยจำแนกตาม ตำแหน่งหน้าที่ วิทยฐานะ และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 19 จำนวน 341 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที (t-test) และการทดสอบเอฟ (F-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1) สภาพและปัญหาการดำเนินงานการโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 2) เปรียบเทียบสภาพและปัญหาการดำเนินงานการนิเทศการสอนในโรงเรียน จำแนกตามตำแหน่งหน้าที่และวิทยฐานะที่ต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพและปัญหาการดำเนินงานการนิเทศการสอนในโรงเรียน โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน และจำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงานที่ต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการดำเนินงานการนิเทศการสอนในโรงเรียน โดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และประสบการณ์การทำงานต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อปัญหาการดำเนินงานการนิเทศการสอนในโรงเรียน โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน

Abstract

The research aimed 1) to study the state and problems of supervision of performing teaching supervision in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 19, as perceived by teachers and school administrators; and 2) to compare the state and problems of performing teaching supervision in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 19, as perceived by teachers and school administrators. The comparison was classified by the standing positions, education backgrounds and work experience. The 341 research samples comprised of teachers and school administrators drawn from the schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 19. Data were collected by a questionnaire which  reliability was 0.97. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test. The research findings were as follows: 1) The state and problems of supervision implementation of teaching in the schools was obviously found in overall aspect at a high level, and 2) to compare the state and problems levels of supervision implementation of teaching in the schools, personnel with different educational levels had the states and problems of teaching indifferently both overall aspects, personnel from different experience had the states and problems of teaching indifferently both overall aspects, personnel with different work experience had the states of supervision implementation of teaching with the statistical significance at .05 level, and personnel with different work experience had the problems of teaching indifferently both overall aspects.
