Status of the Performance of Mosque Based Islamic Education Center (Tadika) Awarded a Gold Medal in Satun Province

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate 1) the level of working condition of the gold medal awarded Islamic education center of Masjid (Tadika) in Satun Province. 2) to compare the level of working condition of the gold medal awarded Islamic education center of Masjid (Tadika) focusing on age, background experience, compulsory and religious education level and 3) to study the list of suggestions and advices on the level of working condition of the Islamic education center of Masjid (Tadika). The samples were 42 administrators of the Islamic education center of Masjid (Tadika) who received the gold medal prize for their best management.The research instrument was rating scale. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results revealed as followed;

1.The level of working condition of the gold medal awarded Islamic education center of Masjid (Tadika) in Satun Province considered regarded personnel, budget, workplace, and atmosphere and social participation were excellent.

2.The comparison of  the level of the performance of mosque based Islamic education center (Tadika) awarded a gold medal in Satun Province focusing on age, background experience, compulsoryeducationlevel found that the administrators were not different in overall except religious education level.

3.The list of suggestions and advices on the level of working condition of the Islamic education center of  Masjid (Tadika) noted personnel, budget, workplace, and atmosphere, social participation, standard identity, promotion and standard action.
