บทบาทของปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) ในการพัฒนาทักษะอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัย

บทคัดย่อ

บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอบทบาทของปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) ในการพัฒนาทักษะของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยที่ได้รับผลกระทบมาจากเทรนด์ด้านปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) และบริบททางเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลที่ก้าวหน้า สภาพแวดล้อมตลาดแรงงานที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว ความคาดหวังในบทบาทนักวิจัยที่ใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) และเทคโนโลยี การออกแบบการเรียนรู้ที่ยืดหยุ่นและหลากหลาย รวมถึงการออกแบบหลักสูตรที่เชื่อมโยงกับภาคอุตสาหกรรม และบทบาทในการดูแลสุขภาพจิตและชีวิตนักศึกษา ผลจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรม พบว่า บทบาทของปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI)  มีส่วนช่วยในการพัฒนาทักษะอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยในด้านต่างๆ อาทิ การบริหารจัดการตนเอง การคิดวิเคราะห์และการประเมินผลตนเอง การเรียนรู้ และใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อการสอน การเขียนเชิงวิชาการ การใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อการวิจัยและการนำเสนอ การออกแบบ และประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ การวางแผนพัฒนาอาชีพ และปรับตัวต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง การออกแบบและใช้สื่อสร้างสรรค์เพื่อการฝึกอบรม และการสื่อสารและการสร้างเครือข่ายทางวิชาชีพ โดยพบว่า เครื่องมือปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) ช่วยส่งเสริมทั้งการเรียนรู้เชิงลึก การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การออกแบบหลักสูตรที่ตอบโจทย์เฉพาะบุคคลทั้ง เพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนและผู้สอน รวมถึงช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัย ผลการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เป็นการนำเสนอข้อมูลเบื้องต้นสำหรับทุกภาคส่วน เพื่อนำไปสู่การออกแบบกลยุทธ์ สร้างความตระหนัก และเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้เกิดการพัฒนาศักยภาพอย่างยั่งยืน ทั้งในระดับอาจารย์ และระดับองค์กร ผ่านบทบาทของปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) และเทคโนโลยีในปัจจุบัน
