การวิเคราะห์สมรรถนะด้านวิจัยและอัตรากำลังนักวิจัยผ่าน Microsoft Power BI Dashboard เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจด้านนโยบายเชิงกลยุทธ์

บทคัดย่อ

การเพิ่มจำนวนและยกระดับคุณภาพผลงานตีพิมพ์ในวารสารวิชาการเป็นตัวชี้วัดสำคัญของสมรรถนะด้านวิจัย และความสามารถในการแข่งขันของสถาบันในระดับชาติและนานาชาติ การบริหารงานวิจัยเชิงกลยุทธ์ที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยข้อมูลจึงมีบทบาทสำคัญต่อการกำหนดนโยบาย กลยุทธ์ และการวางแผนทรัพยากรบุคคลด้านการวิจัย โดยเฉพาะการรักษาอัตรากำลังของนักวิจัยรุ่นใหม่และการบริหารกลุ่มนักวิจัยที่ใกล้เกษียณเพื่อให้การผลิตผลงานวิจัยมีความต่อเนื่องและยั่งยืน บทความนี้นำเสนอการออกแบบและพัฒนา Dashboard บริหารผลงานวิจัยด้วย Microsoft Power BI เพื่อรวบรวม วิเคราะห์และนำเสนอข้อมูลผลงานตีพิมพ์ของบุคลากรทั้งในระดับชาติและนานาชาติ รวมถึงสถานะกำลังคนด้านการวิจัยในช่วงอายุต่างๆ ผ่านภาพข้อมูลที่เข้าใจง่าย ข้อมูลเป็นปัจจุบัน และสื่อความได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ผลการพัฒนาแสดงให้เห็นว่า Dashboard สามารถช่วยให้ผู้บริหารมองเห็นแนวโน้ม จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อนและโอกาสในการยกระดับงานวิจัยได้อย่างชัดเจน อีกทั้งสนับสนุนการติดตามความก้าวหน้า การตัดสินใจเชิงนโยบายและการวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์บนพื้นฐานข้อมูลจริง อีกทั้ง ยังช่วยให้บุคลากรตระหนักถึงสถานะผลงานของตนเอง ส่งเสริมทักษะการวิจัยและกระตุ้นความร่วมมือภายในสถาบัน ผลลัพธ์ดังกล่าวสามารถใช้เป็นเครื่องมือสนับสนุนนโยบายด้านการวิจัยเพิ่มศักยภาพในการประยุกต์ใช้ระดับสถาบัน หรือมหาวิทยาลัยวิจัยได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน
