Bungboraped Management Model Integration that responds to Sustainable Development and Utilization

Abstract

Objectives of the research were: 1) to study the development and sustainable use of resources in Bungboraphed with the participation of people, agencies, and network partners, 2) to explore and analyze laws to prepare a manual for the correct and effective application of Bungboraphed laws, and 3) to develop the potential for community businesses and sustainability of on Bungboraphed. A total of 250 key contributors were chosen as representatives of community members, leaders, and professions to provide information. In-depth interviews and group discussions with 80 participants and content analysis were employed as tools for data collection and analysis. A Social Creative Potential
Development Model (SCPDM) was designed using the information given by 60 participants.
The results show that:
1. The guidelines for sustainable development and utilization of Bungboraphed’s resources consist of five steps: understanding of the resources, awareness of sustainability, equity of access to resources, sharing benefits, and having a sense of ownership.
2. The problems and obstacles negatively affecting the development of Bungboraphed were as follows: 1) the extent of utilization of resources is unclear;
2) management is not unified; 3) people lack awareness of sustainability; 4) public participation is minimal; and 5) there are conflicts of law between citizens and government agencies and between government agencies themselves.
3. SCPDM is there to conform entrepreneurial development with the required context of product development in each profession.
