Abstract

          The Estimation and the Lesson Learned Visualizing of the Professional Learning Community Project (PLC Project) in Order to Increase the Active Learning Skills of the Students of Tessaban 5 School (Kradatthaianucroc) were as follows. 1) To estimate the professional learning community project (PLC Project) in order to increase the active learning skills of the students based on the aspects of the context, the input factors, the processes, the products, the impacts, the efficiency, the sufficiency and the knowledge transfer. 2) To study the guidance of community movements through the professional learning community project (PLC Project) in order to increase the active learning skills of the students. 3) To visualize the lesson learned of the project. The target group of this research consisted of 32 teachers, 13 officials of Office of Basic Education Commission, 169 guardians and 169 students.

          The estimation results presented as follows. 1) The operational result of the professional learning community project (PLC Project) in order to increase the active learning skills of the students based on the aspects of the context, the input factors, the processes, the products, the impacts, the efficiency, the sufficiency and the knowledge transfer was at a high level. 2) The result of the guidance of community movements through the professional learning community project (PLC Project) in order to increase the active learning skills of the students found that the professional learning community movements should be rapidly operated and applied to the academic institute. So the teachers attending the project could use the process based on the framework of the professional learning community to truly develop the qualities of the students. The best process or guidance should be selected and the teachers attending the project must reveal the useful information to all of the members to know it. The members should have proper qualities of leadership and fellowship.  The members of the team could make decisions as well as could use the various knowledge and skills of the members to work together. Brainstorming should be applied to reach the concepts of the project. 3) The results of the lesson learned visualizing of the project presented that some members of  the professional learning community (PLC) paid less attention to the operation so the operation of the professional learning community project (PLC Project) in order to increase the active learning skills of the students should be listed in the operational plans of Tessaban 5 School (Kradatthaianucroc). It would make all of the personals and officials know the plans and they would be determinedly responsible for  the project together. Moreover, the sharing of resources, budgets, personals, time and locations for the project operation could be done specifically so that the operation of the project would be effective and productive according to the plans.
