Abstract

          The objective of this research were 1) Study the leadership level of the administrators of the Faculty of Tropical Medicine. 2) Study the organizational culture level of the Faculty of Tropical Medicine. 3) Study the relationship between leadership and organizational culture. The population of the research was 270 administrators and practitioners of the Faculty of Tropical Medicine. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a confidence factor of 0.05. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean and fraction. Standard deviation And in-depth interviews.

          The result of this research showed that 1) Leadership of the Faculty of Tropical Medicine Overall, it is high. And when considering each aspect, it was found that Policy and management methods With the highest mean followed by Organizational strategies and goals Intention to work for success The side with the least average score was Communication, vision and mission. 2) Organizational culture of the Faculty of Tropical Medicine Overall, it is high. When considered individually, it was found that the common values ​​of the organization had the highest average score. Followed by the team performance. Creativity and development to focus on service recipients The area with the least score was the achievement-oriented. 3) The relationship between leadership and organizational culture found that the leadership and organizational culture of the Faculty of Tropical Medicine have a high level of positive relationships statistically significant at a level of 0.05.
