Factors related to the working behavior of employees in government agencies, a case study of subdistrict municipalities in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province.

Abstract

          The objective of this research (1) to study the influence of organizational behavior including human behavior factors at the individual, group, and organization levels, and participation of organization in the aspects of decision making, operation of Nakhon  Si Thammarat. . Purposive sampling included  300 employees. Reliable 95%. The statistical data analysis was conducted by using the descriptive statistics including percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the inferential statistics including Multiple Regression Analysis. The results  factors at the individual, group, and organization levels had an influence on the work success of Nakhon Si Thammarat Municipality, with a statistical significance of .05.
