Factors affecting work happiness of production employees a case study : Food and beverage product company

This research aims to (1) To study demographic factors, motivation factors, organizational atmosphere factors and employees work happiness. (2) To study influence of demographic factors, motivation factors and organizational atmosphere factors and motivation factors which affect employees work happiness. The samples used in research are 250 production employees at Food and Beverage Product Company. By using questionnaire as a tool to collect data and analyzing data by descriptive statistics, such as t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Multiple Regression at level of significance 0.05
Results of study found that most of samples are female aged 20-30, Vocational Certificate Education (Voc. Cert.) married 1-5 and 6-10 years working experience and coconut water department. From the sample groups that are different gender, age, marital status and working experience have a same employees work happiness, but different education level and department influence different employees work happiness. Moreover, factors that affect employees work happiness are success of work, respect and salary. Organizational atmosphere factors that affect employees work happiness are organizational structure and agree to conflict, and work happiness as a whole in the highest level when considering each aspect found that Job enjoyment highest average. Therefore, the organizations should find incentives that can help increase the work happiness for employees. Including the organization should aim to create a good and suitable working atmosphere for employees. So that employees can work happily. As shown in the following equation. Y = 0.235(X1) + 0.213(X2) + 0.122(X10) + 0.153(x12) + 0.126(X16) by variables can be predicted work happiness as 36.5%
