Abstract

          The purpose of this research is study satisfaction of marketing mix (7Ps) and the guideline for development the service of Thai to choose service of Thai passengers to  choose service of Grab Taxi a Case Study of: Chatuchak District, Bangkok to be more efficiently. Sample groups of this research were 400 people who chosen service of Grab Taxi a Case Study of: Chatuchak District, Bangkok data was analyzed using quantitative research consist of Frequency, Percentage Mean and Standard deviation. The results of this study were found that the majority of sample group was female who 20 – 29 years old. They were  holding Bachelor degree and student. With 10,000 bath average income per month or less than that and they are single status. The results of data were analyzed using satisfaction of marketing mix (7Ps) of Grab Taxi  a Case Study of: Chatuchak District ,Bangkok at  high level. Were found that product, price, place, promotion, process, people and physical evidence were at high level. 

          The Guideline for upgrading the service of Grab Taxi a Case Study of: Chatuchak District ,Bangkok from interviewing entrepreneurs of Grab Taxi a Case Study of: Chatuchak District ,Bangkok Were found that 1) Have a different cost, which cost factors with little difference. 2) At a reasonable price that is going to have to use the service. 3) There is a central media distribution gives users access to the service, with fast and convenient service. 4) Publicity is crucial in order to attract customers to the service. 5) Training service providers in both personality and communicate with service users. 6) Should give priority to check that services both internally and externally. 7) In application showing the navigator.
