Abstract

          This research aimed to enhance the potential, guideline for sustainable tourism management for community base tourism: A case study of Pak Mai Lai, Kampeangsean district, Nakhonpathom province. Used qualitative methodology by in-depth interview from 9 key persons. Semi structure interview about potential 5 concepts, 9+1 Building Blocks design and 4 tourism managements are instruments. This research found the attraction of these are herb garden where does more than 500 items of herbs and organic farming learning center. The accessibility come from many ways. The accommodation can a little bit capacity. The activities are herb learning, organic farming learning and dharma practice center. The amenities are property infrastructure, rest room, and parking. About 9+1 Building Blocks design has every items but not outstanding. For tourism management found the planning has village headman, village leader and abbot are leaders and planners in community. The organization has community enterprise which divides duty and responsibility. The controlling has process to control community enterprise and the benefit of community.
